along. said West right of way of Angle Road 102.4 feet to a point
of beginning; thence continue Southeasterly along said right~of
way line 107.6 feet; thence with an inside angle of 76 degrees,
40 minutes, run Southwesterly 155 feet; thence with an inside angl
of 85 degrees,. 41~ minutes run Northwesterly 104.97 feet; thence
rim Northeasterly to the point of beginning, less right of waq -
for Angle Road as present constituted.
I The Mortgagor covenants ,and agrees to comply with all the terms .

described property executed by C. H. Allen and Evelyn R. Allen,
his wife, in favor of First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce, dated January 3, 1978, and filed of record on
January 4, 1978, in 0. R. Book 279, page 2763, and mortgagor t•~
covenants and agrees that it will .not permit or suffer any default
in respect to any of said covenants and conditions of said first
mortgage, and any default, breach or violation of any terms or
conditions of said first mortgage shall be a default under the
~ terms of this mortgage, then and in that event, the principal sum
