INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation,
holder of the mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL-BANK, a
Florida banking corporation, dated December 28, 1978, and recorded
in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081 through~2097, inclusive, [
public records .of St. .Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable
consideration to it paid, receipt of~which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby on this 16th -day of 1980, releases from
the lien of that mortgage, t e rea property in that County described
