intestacy of the State of Florida, administered in the Circuit
Court of Palm Beach County, in Probate Case No. 78-1668 CP-06.
NOw THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and
in further consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and
other good and valuable considerations, the party of the first
part has sold, transferred and conveyed, and by these presents
does sell, transfer and convey unto JANET ANGELYN WILLIAMS STRONG,
- JAMES ARTHUR WILLLAMS, JEAN IRENE WILLLAMS REGISTER and FRANCES
CAROL WILLIAMS OWEN, their heirs, administrators and assigns, .all
that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows, to-wit;
An undivided one-half interest_ int
Eots 18 and 19, Block 743, of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 18, a Subdivision, as in Plat Book
l3, Page 17, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Each of said heirs owning aone-eighth (1/8)
undivided interest therein.-
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said JANET
ANGELYN WILLIAMS STRONG, JAMES ARTHUR WILLIAMS, JEAN IRENE
~ WILLIAMS REGISTER and FRANCES CAROL WILLIAMS OWEN, their heirs,
administrators and asst~ns, in as full and ample manner as the

i~ same was possessed or enjoyed by the said LUTHER ARTHUR WILLIAMS,
