the laws of -the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Alfred H. Sigg and Louise D.
Sigg, his wife dated June Sth, 19 69 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County. Florida, in 0. R. Book 178 on page
1301 .securing the payment of the sum of Five Thousand, Three Hundred and no/100-----

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and loth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage end release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by. said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.. -
