R. Book 263 Page 596 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described, fo secure the payment of the sum of FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND AND NO/100--------------------- -----------------------------------------(E44,000.00)---------------------DOtwas, with interest as therein mentioned: - AND WHEREAS the said Roland B. Nicholson and Elisabeth Nichol-son, his wife requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem- ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mort- 9age NOW, THEREFORE, KNdW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORt PIERCE, as wail in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and ether good and valuable con- sideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said Roland 6.
