THIS CAUSE, coming on to be heard, ex parte, without
notice, upon the prayer of the Petitioner, PATRICIA LYNN
HARPOLD, duly executed and sworn to by her on the~~
day of May, A.D., 1980, requesting a restraining order and
similar relief, and upon consideration thereof, it is
hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband and Wife be and
they are hereby restrained and prohibited from harassing,
molesting, threatening, disturbing, striking or contacting
each other in any way whatsoever, or attempting to do any
of the said things at the parties place of residence, or
otherwise.

deputies are hereby ordered to enforce the terms of this
restraining order upon notice and affidavit signed by either
