FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION R[NMVlR1F~'D
This action was heard upon the verified petition for
adoption and the consent of Lynda Spells, natural mother of the
minor children and wife of the petitioner, and it appearing on
the .evidence presented that petitioner is a fit and proper person
to adopt the children, that the best interests of the children
will be promoted by the adoption and that the children are suit-
able for adoption by petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. The child known as MICHELE LYNN BEAUBIEN, born on
March 25, 1968 at Syracuse, New York, is the legal child of peti-
tioner entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all
obligations of a child born to petitioner in lawful wedlock.

2. The child known as JEFFREY MICHAEL BEAUBIEN, born
on January 27, 1969 at Syracuse, New York, is the legal child of
petitioner entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to
all obligations of a child born to petitioner in lawful wedlock.
3. The child known as KIMBERLY ANN BEAUBIEN, born on
August 8, 1971 at Fort Pierce, Florida, is the legal child of
petitioner entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to
all obligations of a child born to petitioner in lawful wedlock.
4. The children are given the names of MICHELE LYNN
SPELLS, JEFFREY MICHAEL SPELLS and KIMBERLY ANN SPELLS, by which ~
names they shall be known hereafter.
