SATISFACTION OF AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That WILLIAM JAMES
FRANKLIN and ELIZABETH FRANKLIN, the owners and holders
of a certain amended final judgment dated May 1, 1980,
in that certain cause in which WILLIAM JAMES FRANKLIN and
ELIZABETH FRANKLIN are Plaintiffs, and EARL S. BURGAN and .
NATIONWIDE MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY are Defendants,
the same being Case Number 79-212 CA, the said amended
final judgment having been entered in O. R. Book 330,
page 2325 of the public records o~f St. Lucie County,
Florida, have received all amounts due from NATIONWIDE
MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY under said amended final _

judgment, and hereby request and order the Clerk of the
E Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida to
€ -
cancel said amended final judgment as against NATIONWIDE
MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY.
