.RELEASE OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the undersigned, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC., filed a
Claim of Lien in the amount of $b36.396.70 on April 28, 1980 in
Official Records Book 330 at pages 693 and 694, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, with respect to-the property hereinafter
described; and
WHEREAS, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC. filed its Amended Claim of
Lien with respect to said property on April 29, 1980 at Official
Records Sook 330 at pages 1041 and 1042, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida in the amount of $715,596.70; and
WHEREAS, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC. filed a Partial Release of
the aforesaid Claim of Lien, as amended, on-May 21, 1980 at Official
Records Book ~ j / at pages R a-33 and a,~.ty[, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in the amount of $422,571.12; and .
WHEREAS, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC. desires to release said
property from its Claim of Lien as amended in its entirety;
NOW THEREFORE, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC. for and inconsideration
of the payment of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration,
f\~` receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby releases all liens,

lien rights, claims or demands of any kind whatsoever which the under-
signed now has or might have against the following described premises,
on account of labor performed and/or materials furnished for the
construction of any improvements thereon: -
Seascape ICluster, Phase C, more particularly
described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
