THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the ~ day
of February, 1980, by E. C. & E. RANCHES, a co-partnership
consisting of EADINGTON FRUIT COMPANY, a corporation, and
PAUL F. EADINGTON, an individual, as to an undivided one-
third (1/3) interest; ROBERT J. CANNON and BETTY B. CANNON,
as joint tenants with right of survivorship (specifically
not in an estate by the entirety), as to an undivided one-
third (1/3) interest; DONALD P. McDONNELL, an individual, as
