expenses of foreclosure, including attorney's fees, and all
amounts disbursed by the Mortgagee for taxes and insurance.
In the event of foreclosure, the Morgagee shall be entitled
to a receiver for the mortgaged property without notice and
without regard to the value of the mortgaged property or Che
solvency of the Mortgagor.
The words "Mortgagor" and "Mortgagee" as used
herein, shall include both the singular and plural and indi-
viduals and corporations as the context may require. The
designation "Mortgagor" and Mortgagee" shall include, not
only the parties specifically named herein, but also their
respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns as the case may be.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagor has executed
this instrument under seal the day and year above written.
