WARRANTY DEED •
- THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed as of the 1. day of
February, 1980, by OJAI RANCH ~ INVESTMENT COI~ANY, INC., a
corporation e~cisting under the laws of California having its t-
principal place of business at Ojai, California, as to an
undivided one-half (1/2) interest; OLIVER A. FOLCKE, a ~
married individual, as his sole and separate property, as to
an undivided one:fourth (1/4) interest; and SAM PERRICONE and
MARY L. PERRICONE, his wife,~as joint tenants with right of
survivorship (specifically not in an estate by-the entirety),
as to an undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest, hereinafter
collectively called the Grantor, to JOHN D. BACKE, a married
man, as his sole and separate property, hereinafter called
the Grantee;
