,JUDGMENT OF ADOFTTON
This action etas tried before the Court. On the evidence
presented, the Court finda that-any and all necessary consents
have been obtained and that the adoption is .in the best interest
of the person to be adopted. Accordingly,
IT IS ADJUDQED THAT:
1. The minor child, known as THOMAS HAROLD WILLIAMS, III,
is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, JACK W.
LASSITER and PATRICIA G. LASSITER, his wife, and is given the
name of THOMAS JACK LASSITER, by which name he shall hereafter
be known; and
2. The said minor child shall be the child and legal
j heir of said Petitioners, entitled to all rights and privileges
~ and subject to all obligations of a child born to said Petitioners
in lawful wedlock.
DONE AND ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this Z s day of May, 1980.
