That Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for failure to chronologically allege the chain of title upon which Plaintiff will rely at trial is hereby granted. The Defendant is hereby ordered to file responsive pleadings to Plaintiff's Amended Complaint within ten (10) days after receipt of Plaintiff's Amende Complaint. " 2. Defendant's.
