This cause came on to be heard on this 22nd day of May,
1980 upon Defendant's Motion to Dismiss and Motion to_Strike and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore, "
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
1. That Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for failure to
chronologically allege the chain of title upon which Plaintiff
will rely at trial is hereby granted. The Defendant is hereby
ordered to file responsive pleadings to Plaintiff's Amended
Complaint within ten (10) days after receipt of Plaintiff's Amende
Complaint. "
2. Defendant's. Motion to Strike is hereby granted

it and Plaintiff's claim for attorneys' fees is hereby stricken.
f Plaintiff has the right to amend said Complaint to include a claim

for attorneys' fees under F.S.A. §57.105 in a separate count.
