Series 1979, of Martin County, Florida, in the denomination of
$1,000 each or integral multiples thereof, to be dated and to
mature on September 1 in such years, not exceeding forty (40)
years from the date thereof, and-in such amounts, all as shall be
~ determined by subsequent resolution adopted by Plaintiff at or
f prior~to the sale of said Bonds, bearing interest (payable annually
or semiannually) at not exceeding the maximum rate permitted by

p p egal and corporate public purpose and is
~ fully authorized by law, and that said Bonds and each of them to
be issued as aforesaid and all proceedings incident thereto are
hereby validated and confirmed. The Bonds are to be issued to
finance-the cost of the acquisition and establishment of a Water
- System of the Plaintiff and the construction of additions, exten-
sions and improvements thereto and, as and when so issued, will be
payable solely from and secured by a first lien upon the Net
Revenues derived by Plaintiff from the operation of the System,
in the manner and under the terms and conditions contained in the
Resolution.
There shall be stamped or written on the back of each of '
said Bonds, a statement in substantially the following form:
