PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

BY THIS DEED, LLOYD GARY MILLER, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of Ora J. Miller, Deceased, herein called Grantor, in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by Lloyd Gary Miller,
whose address is: 1667 Barcelona Way, Winter Park, Florida 32789,
herein called Grantee, conveys to Grantee the following real -property
in St. Lucie County, Florida: "
Lots 29, 30 and 31, Block 534, of PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTION NO. 10, a subdivision according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 49
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has good right
and lawful authority to sell and convey the property and Grantor
warrants the title to the property for any acts of Grantor and will
defend the title against the .lawful claims of all persons claiming
by, through or under Grantor. .
