KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Board of County Coaiafs-
sinners of St. Lucie County, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, the holders of a certain Grant of Security given by
LUTHER P. HATFIELD AND LOU M. HATFISLD.
to St. Lucie County bearing the date of May 22, 1976,
and recorded in OR Book 255 page 662, in the Office of the Clerk
of~the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, given to secure
compliance with a certain mining plan upon property as described
therein, does hereby acknowledge compliance with that certain aininq
plan-and hereby directs the Clerk of said Court to cancel the
Grant of Security of Record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Board of County Commissioners
of St. Lucie County has caused these presents to be executed by
its Chairman, its seal affixed, and attested by its Clerk, this
27th day of May, 1980.
