RNOR ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Ho d o

Commissioners of St. Lucie County, a political subdivision ~
of the State of Florida, the holders of a certain Grant of_
Security given by OPAL E. HORNS AND RUTH A. Griffin, to
St. Lucie County bearing the date of March 29, 1974, and
recorded in OR Book 233, page 9, in the Office of the ~

Clerk of the. Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, F1oYida,

given to secure compliance with a certain mining plan upon '

property as described therein, does hereby acknowledge
compliance with that certain mining plan and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Court to cancel the Grant of Security of
Record.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Board of County Commissioners
of St. Lucie County has caused these presents to be executed
by its Chairman, its seal affixed, and attested by its Clerk,
this 27th day of May, 1980.
