_ KNOW ALL MSN BY THSSS PRESENTS, that the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, a political subdivision
of the State of Florida, the holders of a certain Grant of

Security given by C.A. BONLiCK AND EDITH C. BOMLICR, to '

St. Lucie County bearing the date of May 28, 1976, and

recorded in OR Book 255, page 659, in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
t
given to secure compliance with a certain mining plan upon
property as described therein, does hereby acknowledge
compliance with that certain mining plan and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Court to cancel the Grant of Security of
Record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said~Board of County Commissioners
