ADJUDGED:
1. That FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN~ASSOCIATION OF-FT. PIERCE
is designated as the depository for said assets and it is hereby authorized and directed to receive

and hoW as depository, pursuant to the provisions of Section 69.031 of the Florida Statutes, assets

the designated depository shall- relieve the person or corporation from all fiuther responsibility
therefor.
4. That a Dopy of this order be delivered to the depository and the depository shall file
with this court, if it has not atready done so, its acceptance or rejection within 15 days of receipt
