PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL PROPERTY. OF WARD
Petitioner, SUSAN S. HAMBLETON, as Guardian of the property
of STEPHANIE MARIE HAMBLETON, a minor, respectfully alleges:
1. The above-named ward is. the owner of certain property,
which Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows: 1/4 interest in-
Lot 38, 81ock 45, RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION,
UNIT FIVE (5), a Subdivision in St. Lucie
County, Florida, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, at
page 31 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and necessary
to sell the property described above for the following reason: The
title to said property needs to be vested totally in PARKER REED
HAMBLETON, JR. and SUSAN S. HAMBLETON, his wife, so that they may
obtain financing to purchase said property.
3. Petitioner desires to sell the property to PARKER REED
HAMBLETON, JR. and SUSAN S. HAMBLETON, his wife, for $23,936,74.

and on the following terms. When the house is rest2ld, $5,984.18
from the proceeds will be placed in a bank account in the name of
STEPHANIE MARIE HAMBLETON.
A copy of the closing statement is submitted herewith and
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, .Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
authorizing her to sell the above-described property on the conditions
and terms set forth in this Petition.
