ORDER OF SALE
On the petition of the~~guardian of the property of the
above incompetent for an Order authorizing the guardian to sell
certain property of her ward, the Court having examined the file
in this proceeding and having considered the evidence presented;
and it appearing to the Court that it is in the best interest of
the ward for the .property to be sold; and the Court being otherwise
fully advised, it is
ADJUDGED that the guardian is authorized to sell the
following described property belonging to her ward: 1/4 interest in-
Lot 38, Block 45, RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION,
UNIT FIVE (5) a Subdivision in St. Lucie
County, Florida, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, at page
31 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The terms of the sale shall be as follows:

When the house is resold,: $5,984.18 from the
proceeds will be placed in a bank account in
the name ofd STEPHANIE MARIE HAMBLETON.
