ORDER RELEASING DEPOSITORY
This cause, having come on to be heard before me
upon Petition of A. S.. GUILE, personal representative of the
estate of ANDREW S. GUILE, for the release of Citi2ens Federal
Savings and. Loan Association of St. Lucie County, designated
depository, and this Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the aforesaid depository be
and the same is hereby authorized to release all funds held by
it in Account Number 10032207 to A. S. GUILE, personal representative
of the estate`of ANDREW S. GUILE, in order to facilitate distribution
of the assets of the decedent to his heirs, and is otherwise
discharged from all its obligations under its acceptance as
depository.
