The petitioner, R. JOSEPH CI~IRK, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate ae the sole heir s
under the T~1i11 of the decedent. Petitioner's names and address are R. JOSBPR .
CI~RK; Apt. 205, 1172 Commodore Court, Ft. Pieres, Florida-33450 and the name
and address of petitioner's attorney are se set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, JOHN C. IAVIN, whose last known address was Apt. 205, 1172
Commadore Court, Ft. Merce, Florida 33450, and, whose age was 66 and whose social
security number is ~•a~ ~'~j died on May. 16, 1980 at Fort Pierce, Florida ,and
at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.

3. The names of the beneficiaries of this estate, their addresses and
relationships to decedent, and the ages of any who are minors, are:
R. JOSEPH CL4RK, Apt. 205, 1172 Commadore Ct., Ft. Pierce, Fla. 33450
friend, above the age-18 years.
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because decedent was a
resident of St. Lucie County, Florida at the time of his demise. -

Pierce, Florida 33450 and who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida
to serve as personal representative of decedent's eatate.is entitled to preference
in appointment as personal representative because he is the sole heir under the
