by me heretofore made.

In the event I have survived R. JOSEPH CLARK and have become
incapacitated or deceased prior to completing administration as personal

or debts of R. JOSEPH CLARK estate shall be paid in-the same manner and with .
same priority as last debts and expenses of this., my estate.

I hereby give, devise and bequeath any and all property by me awned
at my death, whether real, personal or mixed, and of whatever kind or nature

In the event I am not survived by R. JOSEPH CLARK, I give, devise and
bequeath my estate as follows:
(a) To JOHN L. PORTH and FRANCES L.~PORTH, his wife, of Ft. Pierce,
Florida, I bequeath ~ Waterford Chandelier and all of the Wate~ford Crystal
and all of the cut crystal and green and gold Minton China Dinner Service.
