(b) To RICHARD CLARKS and EYELYN CLARKS Of Boutonville Road,
South Salem, New York, I give and bequeath Wedgewood China Dinner Service.
(c) To DAVID A. CLARKS, I give and bequeath npr condominium apartment
number 205 at 1172 Commodore Court, Colonnades, Fort Pierce, Florida,
together with the contents thereof except as above bequeathed in (a) or
(b) providing that in the event he shall decline the same, the said
apartment or the proceeds therefrom shall be his or he may pay it into the
trust for DAVID LAVIN CLARKS.
(d) All of the remainder I give, devise and bequeath in trust for
DAVID LAPIN CLARKS of~Mayfield, New York, thereby creating a trust for
him and hereby give, devise and bequeath the remainder to the Trust Officer
of the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Florida, requesting that they maintain
the trust under the advice and counsel of DAVID A. CLARKS and/or PHYLLIS
CLARKS of Mayfield, New York, specifically providing that the entire-
. remainder shall go to DAVID LAVIN CLARKS and the trust terminate with a
reasonable time after the-25th birthday of DAVID LAVIN• CLARKS and further
providing that in the event of emergency~or catastrophe necessarily making

it necessary to the maintenance of DAVID LAVIN CLARKS and/or in the event

! advances shall be needed toward his education, the trustee is specifically
authorized to make such advances in the same manner as would I,~had I~
survived, to-wit: Looking at all times to the maintenance and education.

~ the said beneficiary with a view at all times to preserving such Estate
until after his 25th birthday, as can reasonably be maintained.
(e) In the event that DAVID LAVIN CLARKS should expire before the
age of 25 then the trust is to be divided, share and share alike between
DAVID A. CLARKS of Mayfield, New York and WILLIAM BOLGER of 38 Prospect
Street, Elmsford, New York, or the survivor of them.

In the event I am survived by R. JOSEPH CLARK, I authorize, constitute
and appoint R. JOSEPH CLARK as nRy personal representative to act without
