bond or other security, and the above number four paragraph shall be
inoperative; in the event R. JOSEPH CLARK shall predecease me, I appoint
as the Personal representative, the abovesaid Sun Bank of St. Lucie County
Trust Officer as Persona] representative and Trustee consistent with the .
foregoing.
I further authorize and empower nnr personal reprsentative to do any
and all things necessary, appearing to the said Personal representative as
necessary, to the best interest of the estate and preservation thereof and
in turn, disbursement thereof and-that the said right and authority shall
include the right to sell, encumber, disburse,-and do any and~all things
expedient to completing the purposes hereinabove set out. Said personal
representative is hereby authorized to so act without Order of the Court or
other sanction within the absolute discretion of the personal representative
whether the same be to divide the estate or perpetuate the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the
day of December, A. D., 1979.

The foregoing instrument consisting of three pages was on the abovesaid date
subscribed at the end thereof by JOHN C. LAVIN and by him signed, sealed,
published and cec7ared to be his LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, solely in the
