9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioners are
unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that a Summery Administration Order -
be entered directing that Petitioners may sign on behalf of the estate in order
to settle a survivor action, wherein the only recovery is for Petitioners as
survivors of decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have read the fore-
going and the facts alleged are true to the best of our. knowledge and .belief.
