On the Petition of DONNA BALDWIN HUGGINS and LOUIS BALDWIN for
Summary Administration of the Estate of HEATHER ANN BALDWIN, deceased, the
Court finding that the decedent died on the 3rd day of March, 1979; that
all interested persons have been served proper notice of this hearing, or
have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the Petition are
true; and that an Order of Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that there are no assets in the estate. It is
ADJUDGED FURTHER that the natural parents of decedent, or either
of them, to-wit: DONNA BALDWIN HUGGINS or IAUIS BALDWIN are hereby authorized
to execute any releases on behalf of the estate to any and all persons in order
f that they may settle the pending survival action wherein Petitioners are the
only beneficiaries and persons entitled to recover at said action. It is
f
ADJUDGED FURTHER that debtors of the decedent, those holding
~ property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other properties of
decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered to comply with this
Order by paying, delivering, and transferring to those specified above the
I
parts of the decedent's estate assigned to them by this Order, and shall not
be accountable to anyone else for the property. }
