The petitioners, CARMELA IAIA and CAESAR IAIA, alleges ao ~
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
heirs of said estate and as the named personal representatives
in the Will of JOSEPH IAIA, Deceased. Petitioners names and
addresses are: CARMELA IAIA, 410~D Sandpiper Drive, High Point
of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and CAESAR IAIA,
410-D Sandpiper Drive, High Point of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, and the name and .address of petitioners' attorneys
are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, JOSEPH IAIA, whose last known address was
410-D Sandpiper Drive, High Point of Fort Fierce, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, died on April 30, 1480 at Fort Pierce, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
