I, JOSEPH IAIA, a resident of St. Lucie. County, Florida,, -
beinq of sound, sane and disposing mind, memory and understanding,
do hereby make and execute. this my Last Will and Testament, in
the following provisions:

FIRST: I hereby direct my executors hereinafter named to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND: I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate whether real, personal- or mi.xed,~, of
whatsoever kifid~t.character or description and wheresoever situated
tod~Ri~iAIA and CAESAR IAIA, share and share alike. In the
event that either CARI~LA IAIA or CAESAR IAIA shall predecease me,
then their share shall go to the survivor.
THIRD: I hereby name, appoint and constitute CARI~LA IAIA
and CAESAR IAIA, as co-executors of this my Last Will and Test-
' cement. In the event that either CARI~?LA IAIA or CAESAR IAIA shall `

as such coexecutors to administer my estate, excusing them from

giving any bond, or making any. returns to any court. I expressly
confer upon their full authontfy and power to manage, invest and
reinvest to sell and convey any part or all of my estate, at public
or private sale, with or without notice as they may deem best, and
without any order of court. I authorize him to make good and ~ ~
sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds
of any sale for such use as they may deem best for the interest of.
