I, IA[JISE H. DIEHL, a resident of and domiciled in the ~
County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, being of sound mind
and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
FIR__, ST: It is my will and desire that all my dust debts
and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as may be
practicable out of the savings accounts which I may awn at that
time.
SECOND:. I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, -
and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, of which I
die possessed, or aver which I have power of disposition, or any
interest in whatsoever, unto my beloved husband, JOHN R. DIEHL,

individuals; to be paid from the remaining funds in any savings
accounts which I may own at the time of my death:
