(f) To my sister-in-xaw, DORO?t'HY 1~NTAGUE, 975 Park Ridge
Avenue, Corona, California;
(g) To my brother-in-law, WILBIJR DIEHL, 10432 LaMirada
Blvd., Whittier, California;
In the event that any of the above named legatees predecease
me, then the bequest to that individual shall lapse, and the share
to which that .individual would have been entitled, shall be divided
equally among the surviving individuals named above.
After satisfaction of the above bequests, if there are funds
remaining in my savings accounts, then I hereby bequeath the sum of
Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to be paid to the SALVATION ARMY OF
FORT PIERCE , FLORIDA .
In the event that my beloved husband, JOI~i R. DIEHL,

shall predecease me, after the specific bequests named above, I
hereby create the following trust:
j All Certificates of Deposit and savings certificates which
I may own at the time of my death, as Trustee, I hereby place in trust
for the benefit of my daughter and grandchildren living at the time
of my death, to be divided equally, share and share alike, per stirpes.
My daughter, MYRLE F. SHORTT, and my grandchildren, shall share
equally in any interest and principal payments out of this trust.

~ - However, there shall be no payment of principal for a period of

~ five (S) years after the commencement of this trust, although interest
may be paid as it accrues.
During the life of this trust created above, should any of
my great grandchildren be entitled to partitipate in this trust
prior to its termination, they may receive only interest until they
attain the age of 18 years, then upon attaining the age of 18 years,
