their respective share. If one of my great grandchildren should
predecease during the existence of this trust, then any share that
great grandchild would have received shall lapse and increase the ~
share equally of any surviving great grandchildren participating
in this trust.

F~ In the event that my husband, JOHN R. DIEHL, shall
predecease me, then all the rest, residue, and remainder of my
estate, including both real and personal property, wherever
situated, or in which I have any interest at the time of my death
is hereby placed in trust as follows;
This trust shall be for the benefit of my -daughter, MYRLE
F. SHORTY and my grandchildren living at the time of my death and
shall be for a term of ten (10) years, during which period the Co-
Trustees tae directed to pay interest every six months to my said
daughter and grandchildren, share and share alike, per stirpes. r'
i SIXTH: - In the event that my husband, JOHN R. DIEHL, shall
i predecease me, I direct that at'the time of my death, any notes
~ including mortgages which I may hold which are payable by my

E grandchildren living at the time of my death, are forgiven and
~ cancelled.-

SEVENTH: I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint,'KATHLEEN

° SHORTY BARBER and DENNIS SHORTT, as Co-Trustees, or the survivor
of them as sole Trustee, of the trusts created herein. I direct

that no bond or other security shall be required of either of them
~ for the faithful performance of her or his duties hereunder.

EIGHTH: I hereby waive compliance by my Co-Trustees with

the provisions of Chapter 737 of the Florida Statutes, as it now
exists, or as it may hereafter be amended, and I further waive com-
pliance of any law now or hereafter in effect requiring qualifications, -
