NIA I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my husband,
JOHN 8. DIEHL, as Personal Representative of this, my Last Will
c
ands Testament. In the event that he fails to survive me, or
ceases to act, or for any reason fails to qualify as my Personal
Representative, then I nominate, constitute, and appoint KATHLEEN
SHORTY BARBER and DENNIS SHORTY, as Alternate Co-Personal Repre-
sentatives, and if either of them shall predecease me, then the
sole survivor of them shall act as Alternate Personal Representative.
I-direct that no bond or other security shall be required of any of
them for the faithful performance of his or their duties hereunder.
I hereby empower my Personal Representative or Alternate
Co-Personal Representatives and Co-Trustees to lease, encumber, sell,
exchange or otherwise deal with or dispose of all my property, either
real or personal, or any part thereof in such manner and at such
sale or other disposition to be made at public or private sale at
the discretion of my Personal Representative or Alternate Co-Personal
Representatives and Co-Trustees, without any reference to the order
of disposition of real or personal property, and without any petition,

citation, hearing, order, or any other action. I do further suthor-

ize my Personal Representative or Alternate Co-Personal Representa-
tives and Co-Trustees to hold, manage, and operate any property
~ belonging to my estate at the risk of my estate, and not at the risk
of my Personal Representative or Alternate Co-Personal Representatives
and Co-Trustees, the profits and losses therefrom to irnire or be
3 chargeable to my estate as a whole. - .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this,
my Last Will and Testament, consisting of five (5) pages, this
