ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE
THIS CAUSE coming on before this Court upon Petition of DONALD J. PETRINE,
as Personal Representative of the above estate and the Court having detenained that it
is necessary to sell the one-third interest of the estate in the property. described
in the Petition because of the claims filed against the estate and_that it is in the
best interests of the estate that the property described in said Petition be sold to
KENNETH SHIYERS and RITA SHIVERS, his wife in accordance with the terms of the copy
of the contract attached to said Petition, said sale being the cash less tax proration
and the ordinary expenses of seller incurred in connection with said sale, it is
therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that DONALD J. PETRINE, as Personal Representative of
the above estate be authorized to sell the following described property, to wit:
Lot 8, except the West 5 feet thereof; Lot 9; the East
38.4 feet of the South 70 feet of Lot 10; and the South
70 feet of Lot 11; all in Block 2 of WYLDWOOD PARK SUB-
DIVISION, as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5,
~ Page 54, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
~ to KENNETH SHIVERS and RITA SHIVERS, his wife for X2,200.00 cash less tax proration

~ and ordinary expenses of seller incurred in connection with said sale.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this 2 3 day of ~1, 1980.
