The Petitioner, GRADY DIXON SUTTON, alleges:
1: Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
surviving father. Petitioner's name and address are GRADY DIRON SUTTON,
338 Ashley Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and the name and address
of Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, THOMAS LEE SUTTON, whose last known address was
338 Ashley Street, Fort Piefce,'Florida 33450, and whose age was 22 and -
whose social security number is 264-27-2303 died on Nay 28, 1978, at -
Lawnwood Medical Center, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
'i this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, are:

to serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because he is the sur-
viving father.
