6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
• estate axe:
•Ltems of personalty and clothing with an approximate value
of $200.00.
The cxeation of~this estate is for the purposes of instituting
a lawsuit, the value of which is unlaaown at this time.
7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is
unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of Decedent.
Petititoner requests that he be appointed as personal representative
of the estate of the decedent. -
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing
and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
