1. Decedent, Roberta Fleming Peed, a resident of St.
Lucie County,Florida died on January 14,1980 and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on February 8, 1980.
2. Petitioner files with this Petition •a consent to the
distribution and a Waiver of Final Accounting by all bane- .
ficiaries.
3. Petitioner has full administered this estate by
making payment settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making pro-
vision fo the payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed the required Preliminary Notice
and Report with the Department of Revenue of the State of
Florida showing that the estate is not taxable for Federal
estate tax purposes and Petitioner has obtained and filed
with this Coutt the Non-Taxable Certificate and Receipt for
Estate Tax from the Department of Revenue of the State of
Florida.
E 5. $1,000.00 has been paid to the attorney for the per-
~ sonal representative as payment in full and no other compensa-
tion has been paid or is to be paid to a personal representati e,~
accountant,appraisor or other agents employed by the personal
representative.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
• of 'the assets of this estate as-set forth in the Schedule of
Distribution attached as Exhibit A.
