ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION
The Petition of Emily Peed Beacom for discharge as
personal representative of the Estate.of Roberta Fleming Peed,
deceased was heard this day and it appearing from the averment
in the Petition that:
1. Emily Peed Beacom and George P. Peed are each one-
half residuary beneficiaries under the will of the decedent.
2-. That Emily Peed Beacom as personal .representative
of the estate has performed all acts necessary and proper in
the administration of the estate-and is entitled_to~discharge
upon making distribution and filing satisfactory evidence of
distribution.

3. That-the estate has received and has filed the Non- -
Taxable Certificate and Receipt for Estate Tax from the
Department of Revenue State of Florida.
i 4. That Emily Peed Beacom as personal representative

f now has on hand the following assets for distribution:
