6. That Waivers and Consents from each residuary
beneficiary have been filed with the Petition for Discharge.
IT IS THEREFORE
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
A. Emily Peed Beacom adn George P. Peed are each one-
half residuary beneficiaries under the Will of Roberta F1Eminq
Peed.
B. It is further adjudged that Emily Peed Beacom is
authorized and directed to distribute and to surrender transfe

Stocks and bonds as follows: Three United States Savings
Bonds #Q332-098-524E, #Q332-098-488E, #Q330-730-768E; Mobile
Oil Corporation Debenture #U4215; and Virginia Ela~ric &
Power Corporation Bond #BB7161.
Consolidated has Supply Corporaton Leases,#26242A,B,C.
All cash remaining in the estate after payemnt of claims
of creditors and administrative expenses of the estate.
Distributed to George P. Peed the following:
Tangible personal property - all items shown on pages
1,2,4,5,6,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,19,20-and 21 as shown
on the INVENTORY OF ESTATE ITEMS OF ROBERTA FLEMING PEED
LOCATED AT 2805 NORTH INDIAN RIVER DRIVE, FORT PIERCE,FLORIDA,
15-18 February,80.
and .that upon the filing of satisfactory evidence that-the
distribution has been made as directed and the filing of the
Receipts of Distribution and Order of Final Discharge be
