I, ADA M. McALISTBR, of the City of Fort Pierce, County of
St. Lucie, and State of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, and do hereby revoke any and
all Wills and Codicils to Wills by me heretofore made.

FIRST: I direct that all my 3ust debts and funeral expenses,
together with estate or inheritance taxes, if any, be paid out of the
residue of my estate as soon after my death as is practicable.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath unto my niece, RITA
SLINGER RUTNIK, of 5616 Shannon Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 the
following:
(a) tiMy residence located at 110 Southwest 25th Road, Miami,
Florida, legally described as follows:
Lot 8, in Block 20, of BRICRELL
HA1~II~i0CK, UNiT N0. 1, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 5, at Page 113, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; .
~ together with any unexpired insurance thereon.
I (b) Any automobile that I may own at the time of my death,

together with any unexpired insurance thereon.
(c) All the stock that I may own at the time of my death in
i Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York.
~ (d) All of the stock that I may own at the time of my death

in Standard Oil Company of New Jersey.
s I'n the event that said RITA•SLINGER RUTNIK shall predecease

me, then the bequests hereinabove made shall be distributed to ROBERT

RUTNIK and RICHARD RUTNIK, the children of RITA SLINGER RUTNIK, in
equal shares.
