THIRD: I give and bequeath'to ADA SLINGER CRONIN, of Shannon -
Drive, I:a]cewood Park, Fort Pierce, Florida, the following:
(a) All of the stock that I may own at the time of my death ~ _
in American Blectric Power Company, Inc.
(b) All of the stock that I may own at the time of my death ,

in Carolina Power ~-Light Company.
In the event that said ADA SLINGER CRONIN shall predecease me,
then this bequest shall lapse and become a part of my residuary estate
to be distributed to the residuary legatees in equal proportions.
FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and
property, real, personal or mixed, whe~.esoever situate and by whatsoever
title held, shall be distributed in equal shares to the following: RITA
SLINGER RUTNIK: ETHEL SLINGER DAHLGREN, of 33 Bergen Avenue, Haskell,. #
New Jersey; ANN SLINGER WEBER, of 5 Harrison Avenue, Oldbridge, New o
Jersey; DOROTHY SLINGER TORTORELLO, os 38 Dassing Avenue, Newark, New
Jersey, DORIS SLINGER ROGERS, of 117 Herring Avenue, Cranford, New Jer-
i sey; SALLY SLINGER SENTER, of 3623 Royal Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado;
ADA SLINGER CRONINc WILLIAM SLINGER,. of 120 Rutherford Place, Kearney,
New Jersey, and JOHN SLINGER, of Rural Route #2, Box 285, Flemington,
New Jersey, 08822.
In the event that any of the above named residuary legatees

~ shall predecease the Testatrix, then this bequest shall lapse as to that
~ legatee and shall become a part of the residuary estate to be distributed

~ FIFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my niece,

RIBA SLINGER RUTNIK, and FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT CORAL. GABLES as Co-
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, and direct that they shall
not be required to give bond or other undertaking for the faithful per-
; formance of their duties as such Co-Executors, hereby giving and grant-
ing to my said Co-Executors full power to sell any and all property of
