my estate at public or private sale, upon such terms as they may see
fit, and without order of any court, and to make, execute, acknowledge
and deliver any and all instruments necessary to effectuate such sale,
and no purchaser from my said Co-Executors shall be required to see
to the application of the purchase money.
IN idITNESS WBEREOF, I, ADA M. McALISTER, have hereunto set
my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament, at Coral Gables,
Florida, this~~,day of September, A. D. 1975.

The foregoing instrument, consisting in all of three (3)
typewritten pages, was subscribed by the above named Testatrix, ADA
M. McALISTER, at Coral Gables, County of Dade, and State of Florida,
on this ~_day of September, A. D. 1975, in our presence, and was,
at the same time and place, subscribed and declared by her to us to be
her Last Aill and Testament, and thereupon we, at her request, and in
her presence, and in the presence of each other, did subscribe our
names thereto as attesting witnesses, this attestation clause having
first been read aloud to us in the presence of.said Testatrix.
