I, ADA M. McALISTER, of St. .Lucie County, Florida, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish and declare this Codicil to my Will, executed by me on the
23rd day of September, 1975, at Coral Gables, Florida, before LARRY
A. MANRY and FAYS H. SELKIRK, as witnesses, and I now confirm and
republish all of the terms of my said Will, except those that are
in. conflict with this Codicil.
I amend item FIFTH of my said Will to read as follows:
FIFTH: A. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my niece,
RITA SLINGER RUTNIR, as Personal Representative of this, My Last
Will and Testament. In the event of the death, resignation, removal
or failure to qualify or serve of my said niece, I nominate, consti-
tute and appoint my niece's husband, ROBERT RUTNIR, SR., as alter-
nate Perrsonal Representative.
B. I direct that no bond or other security shall be required
of my Personal Representative or alternate Personal Representative,
in any jurisdiction, to secure the faithful performance of their
duties as such.
~ C. In the administration and distribution of my Estate, my

Personal Representative or alternate Personal Representative shall

have full power and authority to deal with my Estate and to perform
~ every act in the management of my Estate which individuals may
perform in the management of like property owned by them, free of
any Trust, and which persons serving in like capacities may do under
the. laws of the state wherein my Estate is administered, including,
by way of illustration and not limitation, the power and authority
to sell, encumber and otherwise dispose of all personal and real
F property whenever it is deemed adequate, without the intervention

of any any Court.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed~my hand and
