SATISFACTION OF LIEN

WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie -
County, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 69-1546, Laws of
Florida, 1969, on the 20th day of September, 1977 filed a lien
against WILLIS D. b JENYETHEL LANG on the following described
proper.ty•in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Block 37, Lot 6 and East 1/2 of Lot 7
Sunland Gardens
in the amount of $.4.50 said lien being recorded in OR Book 274,
at pages 2253 through 2260 of the public records of St. Lucie _
County,. Florida, and -
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should ,be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
this_ 13th day of -May, 1980 that said Board does
hereby acknowledge the payment and satisfaction of said lien and
directs the Clerk of-the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County to cancel
the same of record. i
