CINDY L. REGISTER, Incompetent. .
PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersignned, as guardian of the person and
property of Cindy L. Register, incompetent, alleges: .
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship
no longer exists by reason of the fact that the ward has
attained the age of majority. ~ .
2. The Petitioner has filed the Annual Accounting for
1977 which is the final return containing a~full and correct
account of all receipts and disbursements of the ward's
property of which the Petitioner has control since the last
return filed herein and there has been no receipts and dis-
bursements of the ward's property since December 31, 1977;
said return includes a statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that the ward Cindy L. Register
has executed a Receipt, Approval of Accounting, Waiver of
Notice and Consent to Discharge of Guardian, the original of
which is attached hereto.
WHEREFORE Petitioner requests that an order be entered
approving all accountings not previously approved and
discharging Petitioner as guardian for Cindy L. Register.
Under penalties of perjury I delcare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true and correct to
he best of my knowle a and belief.
