The trial of this cause was previously set for the week
of May 12, 1980, and said trial has now been continued until the
week of September 15,.1980. Prior to the scheduled trial, witness
subpoenas were served on various witnesses to appear on behalf of
the parties to this action. With the continuance, the witness
subpoenas are hereby bound over and witnesses, by this Order, shall
be required to appear for the trial on September 15, 1980. A copy
of this Order shall be provided to each witness by certified mail,
and said witnesses shall appear as re~gQui/r_ed by said subpoenas, on
