This cause, having come on to be heard before me -on
May 1, 1980, upon Motion of the Defendant D. I. C. COMMERCIAL
CONSTRUCTION CORP., a Florida corporation, to dismiss the
Complaint, and this Court having heard the argument of counsel,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion be and the same is
hereby granted. Plaintiff shall have ten (10) days in which to
file his Amended Complaint.
