municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, does hereby acknowledge-
full satisfaction of the amount claimed to be due for constructing those certain
local improvements adjacent to and abutting upon and around the following described
property, and that the said City pf Fort Pierce does hereby consent and direct that
